MAPS recommends Mediated Settlement Days. MSDs are designed to settle multiple,
simple disputes in a single day!
The MAPS MSD format includes 75 minutes of mediation per case.
There are only a few things needed to qualify a case for a Mediated Settlement Day:
• Cases should be limited to two parties.
• Cases should be neither fact nor law intensive
• A minimum of six cases required
After you identify qualifying cases, MAPS Case Managers will handle all the details of setting
up your Mediated Settlement Day. MAPS will request agreement from the parties, assign
mediators, and arrange a venue.
Fees are set at $400 per case.
